We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time
Orders ship directly from our brand partners' US warehouses. Most orders ship within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Orders with more than one brand
Trovvve cases and Anker products ship from different warehouses. If your order includes both, it may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as each package ships. Tracking can take up to a day to start updating.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. They're estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays or weather.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package is lost, arrives damaged or doesn't show up by the estimated date, contact us and we'll make it right with the carrier or send a replacement.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before an order ships, but not once it's in transit.
